Terms
A draft. What is written here describes how the storefront actually works; the legal specifics are marked rather than invented.
These are draft terms, not a contract. They have not been reviewed by a solicitor and they do not yet name the trading entity or a governing law. Please do not treat them as binding until the notice on this line has been removed.
Apricity sells the pieces listed in this catalogue and nothing else. The registered entity behind that name, its company number and its address are still to be filled in: [CONFIRM: trading entity, company number, registered address]
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we accept it and the piece leaves us, not at the moment of checkout. If something is out of stock, mispriced or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we will say so and refund rather than substitute.
Some pieces in the catalogue are shown without a price. Those are unlisted, not free — they cannot be added to a bag and no order for them can be placed. Archive pieces are shown for the record and are not restocked by default.
Prices are as shown on the product page at the time you order. Whether tax is included, how duties on cross-border orders are handled, and which payment methods are accepted all depend on the processor, which is not yet connected: [CONFIRM: tax treatment, duties, accepted payment methods]
How to send something back is set out on shipping & returns. The window, who pays return postage, and how refunds are timed are being confirmed there rather than stated twice here. Nothing on this page limits any statutory right you have. [CONFIRM: cancellation window and statutory rights wording]
The Apricity name, mark, wordmark, graphics and written copy belong to us. You are welcome to read, link to and share the site; please do not reproduce the artwork on goods of your own.
If a piece arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, that is ours to put right. The limits on liability and the law these terms are read under are the parts a solicitor must write: [CONFIRM: governing law, jurisdiction, liability wording]
Questions in the meantime go through the contact form.
