FAQs
The clothes, the symbols, and how the store works. Where something is not decided yet, it is marked rather than guessed.
Four different blocks, and they do not wear the same way at the same size.
Every product page names its block, and the size guide has the measurements alongside them.
Because a back print is the one you do not wear at people. The front stays clean, so the piece works under a jacket or on its own without announcing itself, and the graphic reads properly at the distance it was drawn for — across a whole back rather than squeezed onto a chest.
It is also the honest way round for this line. The graphics carry the writing — the tagline, the collection year, the fine print that says what the brand is about — and that is worth the room.
Four recurring figures across the line. They are not decoration picked for a mood board; each one is a way of saying the same thing.
Unlisted means exactly that: there is no price on it, because it is not currently for sale. It does not mean free, and it does not mean the price is hidden until you add it to a bag.
One piece is unlisted right now: Long Sleeve Tee. It stays on the site because the line has a history worth being able to look at.
Everything currently listed runs S through XXL. The chart is measured flat across the garment, so the most reliable way to size is to measure a shirt you already like and read across.
Measurements are taken flat across the garment and are indicative — oversized cuts run one size larger than the fitted block by design. Placeholder values pending confirmation from the supplier tech pack.
The full table, the four cuts, and how to take the three measurements are on the size guide.
Cold, inside out, and gently. The dye and the wash are applied after the shirt is sewn, which is why no two pieces are identical — and why heat is the fastest way to lose the finish you paid for.
These are the care lines printed against the current line:
Each product page carries the care instructions for that specific piece — they are not all the same.
Follow the care lines and you give it the best chance: cold wash, inside out, no iron directly on the print. That is the whole of what we will claim — we are not going to put a number of washes on it that we have not tested.
If a print fails in a way that is clearly a fault rather than wear, that is ours to sort out. Shipping and returns covers how.
Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. The destinations we serve and the rates for each are still being set with the carrier, so they are not printed here yet — an invented number would be worse than an obvious gap.
[CONFIRM: countries and regions served][CONFIRM: shipping rates by destination]
The current state of all of it is on shipping and returns.
Two windows added together: the time to pack and hand the parcel over, and the time the carrier takes to move it. Neither is confirmed yet, and we would rather say so than pick a comfortable-sounding pair of numbers.
[CONFIRM: order processing time][CONFIRM: estimated transit time per destination]
A piece can come back unworn and unwashed with the tags still on, in the condition it reached you. The window, who covers return postage, and whether direct exchanges are offered are all still being decided.
[CONFIRM: returns window, in days from delivery][CONFIRM: who pays return postage]
Returns start from your account, and the detail sits on shipping and returns.
Tell us as soon as you can and we will do what we can while the parcel is still with us. Once it is with the carrier it is out of our hands.
[CONFIRM: how long an order can be amended or cancelled]
The contact form is the fastest way to reach a person about it.
apricity (n.) — the warmth of the sun in winter. An obscure English word, and the whole idea: light found inside the cold, not brightness for its own sake.
It is an obscure word, and that is part of why it fits — warmth that has to be looked for is worth more than warmth that is everywhere.
Three honest states, so a collection page never pretends to be something it is not.
Archive means what it says — run once, not returning. Anything that has moved to the archive is not planned to return.
For pieces still in a live collection, restocking is decided run by run rather than by a standing policy. [CONFIRM: whether live pieces are restocked when they sell out]
The newsletter in the footer is where restocks and new collections are announced first.
Because there are no real ones yet. No review system is connected to this store, and we are not going to write reviews ourselves or borrow someone else’s.
When there are genuine ones, they will appear on the product pages with nothing filtered out of them.
Both are worth a conversation. Use the contact form and pick Wholesale or Press as the subject — that is enough to get it in front of the right person.
[CONFIRM: wholesale terms, minimums and lead times]
If the answer you need is not on this page, write to us. There is no published response time — we would rather admit that than print a number nobody agreed to keep — but everything sent through the form reaches us.
