What we hold, and what we do not

This is a draft privacy notice, not a legal document. It has not been reviewed by a solicitor and it does not yet name a data controller. Please do not treat it as a binding statement until the notice on this line has been removed.

What the site collects today

Three forms on this site send anything to a server: the newsletter sign-up, the contact form, and the return request. Each records only what you typed into it, plus the time you sent it. Nothing else on the site sends data anywhere.

Your bag, your wishlist and your recently-viewed pieces are held in your own browser’s local storage. They are never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes them completely.

Where it goes

At present those three submissions are appended to files on the server that runs this site. No email platform, CRM, analytics product or advertising pixel is connected. When one is, this page and the code that writes those files change together.

Cookies

Your rights, and reaching us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Until a dedicated privacy address exists, the contact form reaches the same place.
